Ken Barre is an associate at McMickle, Kurey & Branch. He devotes his entire practice to litigation. His focus is primarily on issues related to motor carrier defense, automobile accident defense, premises liability, issues dealing with insurance coverage and any and all other types of personal injury and contract matters. Ken represents insurers, their insureds, employers and individuals who need help with their legal problems, and he enjoys the opportunity that litigation affords him to meet and help other people.
Ken is an experienced trial lawyer and has tried over 30 jury trials to verdict in Georgia state and federal courts
Ken received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Auburn University in 2009. In 2012, Ken received his Juris Doctor from Mercer's Walter F. George School of law.
Outside of the office, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife, Sydney Barre. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fly fishing, hunting and anything else outdoors. Ken serves with multiple charitable organizations in Georgia including Truth in Nature, Love Beyond Walls and with his church. Ken is also an active member in the Georgia State Bar's Young Lawyers Division, as well as the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
